Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We are headquartered out of Houston but we use Amazon for much of our product fulfillment. If you don't want us to use Amazon (it's usually faster, but we totally get why you'd want us to send directly!) send us an email after you've ordered and we'll be more than happy to oblige!


Q: Why is shipping so expensive to my country?

A: We know international shipping is expensive, but we don't make money on shipping. In fact, we often lose money!

In most countries we've removed some of the cheapest shipping options for two reasons: they don't include tracking, and they DO often include brokerage fees (a percentage of the sale) which ends up costing the customer more than they would've paid for a faster option! 


Q: Why don't I see my country on the list?

A: We used to offer shipping everywhere but packages kept getting lost in the mail which put us in a pickle. We decided to narrow shipping down to the countries where we carry our products on Amazon. If we can fulfill your order via Amazon, we'll do so, and we'll refund you the difference (if any)!


Q: How much is shipping?

A: It depends on the weight of the product and your location, but US orders over $50 have free shipping.


Q: How long does it take to arrive?

A: Typically 3-5 days for domestic orders, but depends on shipping speed chosen. International shipping times may vary greatly from the estimate and we stick to guaranteeing the things we can control!


Q; What if I don't like it?

A: We do our best to make sure our products are great but if for any reason you don't like what you've gotten or it's not what you want you can send it back to us within 30 days for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to us first as we can usually resolve the issue without needing to return it! We do not pay for return shipping.
